Aryo gained more than 15 years of experience at renowned international consultancies, including Townland and AECOM. Aryo has spearheaded a diverse array of projects. His leadership extends from project inception to delivery, collaborating with various clients to bring strategic visions to life.
As the Secretary General of the Indonesian Institute of Urban Designers (IARKI), Aryo plays a pivotal role in developing the urban design practices in Indonesia.

Ardian Wiratama
Co-Founder, Senior Urban Designer
With over eight years of experience as an urban designer, Wira brings a wealth of knowledge from his Master of Urbanism degree from TU Delft, Netherlands. His expertise spans both consultancy and client perspectives, including a tenure at a prominent State-Owned Enterprise in Indonesia.
Wira also plays a key role at Citavis as the Manager of Operations, overseeing critical aspects of project implementation and company strategy.

Adityantari brings over eight years of expertise in Urban Design and Architecture, excelling in managing a wide range of projects and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration for innovative and sustainable results. Holding a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Sydney, she blends academic insight with practical experience.
At Citavis, Anty plays a pivotal role as the Studio Manager, steering the creative direction and operational efficiency of the team.

Hafsah is an urban planner with about 5 years of experience in a multinational integrated consulting company, specializing in master planning and utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) applications. Holding a bachelor's degree in urban planning, her passion lies in fostering multi-disciplinary collaboration to drive innovative and sustainable projects. Through her career, she has successfully implemented GIS strategies to enhance the efficiency of master planning processes.
